The farm, on the intersection of the Fynbos and Karoo biomes, proved to be the ideal location for the bees. Experimentation with the honey produced by these bees resulted in an irresistible gin that combines the zestiness of farm-grown limes with the contrasting subtle sweetness of the honey, and the finest botanical spirit.
