Mirari’s Celebration Gin is infused with 23-carat gold flakes.
This elegant gin is perfectly balanced with plump, sweet piney juniper flavours. Refreshing citrus notes burst onto the palate, emerging along with a soft touch of saffron, which provides a silky mouth-feel.
Our Mirari Celebration Gin is distilled with 13 hand selected botanicals, including freshly peeled blood orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit, which is gently vapour infused for a bright, bold citrus taste.

Six Dogs Pinotage is the love child of Six Dogs gin and our neighbour’s highly prized block of pinotage grapes. The gin itself is distilled in small batches through generous quantities of juniper and fresh citrus. It is then placed in tanks together with handpicked whole pinotage grapes for a period of several weeks to allow the gin to extract the deep red essence of this truly South African cultivar. Unique in terms of the process used, Six Dogs Pinotage combines flavour and character in such a way as to appeal to both gin and wine lovers around the world.
A signature botanical gin with floral bouquet notes, immediately followed by the candied citrus notes of grapefruit, all underpinned by cardamom and piney resinous flavours of juniper berries, with a layered juniper and floral rose finish.
Our Mirari Pink Gin is distilled with over 1000 Damask Roses per 500l batch of Gin that we craft, and naturally coloured through the infusion of Hibiscus.

Medium to light, grainy edge, blue purple. Ripe plum on the nose with light spice backing. Hints of cherry and light
earthiness. Good full mouth with more flavors than the nose suggested. Ripe plum with slight smoky trace. Light,
supple tannins with smooth flow across the plate. Dry finish with ripe berry notes and lasting spice.
