Six Dogs Karoo gin was the first in our range and the realisation of a vision to create a gin that would stand out amongst the best in the world. A modern classic gin with a big juniper heart, Six Dogs Karoo is a delicate and balanced gin of twelve select botanicals. Its distinguishing botanicals are grown on our farm, which intersects three different bioregions, including the succulent Karoo. It is from here that we gather the Karoo thorn flower and wild lavender that make this gin unique. Subtle citrus notes are introduced through the inclusion of limes, mandarins and farm-grown lemon buchu.
A signature botanical gin with floral bouquet notes, immediately followed by the candied citrus notes of grapefruit, all underpinned by cardamom and piney resinous flavours of juniper berries, with a layered juniper and floral rose finish.
Our Mirari Pink Gin is distilled with over 1000 Damask Roses per 500l batch of Gin that we craft, and naturally coloured through the infusion of Hibiscus.

Almost colorless with bright yellow reflections. Very attractive nose with lots of tropical fruit guava, granadilla and
some citrus. Bright and fresh in the mouth with lively action across the palate. All the flavor the nose promised with
hint of pineapple and some lemon. Good, brisk acidity gives balance to the ripe tropical flavors. Refreshing finish.
